What A Find | Nude Loafers

I just found these…

Nude loafers

… for six euros from the thrift store! They are real leather and look and feel like they’ve never been used. The brand is Nero Giardini and they are made in Italy. Just what I needed for spring! :)

Ps. I found some other great things too, but more on them later…

Diy Leather Bracelets From A Belt

Diy leather bracelet from a belt

I had this nude colored leather belt that I never used. It was meant to be tied around my waist, but because the leather is so stiff, it just didn’t look good… just sort of awkward… So, I used it as a material for two diy leather bracelets two get something out of my two euro impulsive purchase.

I cut two pieces measured so that I could get my hand through the bracelet.  Then I used a leather punch to make holes to it. Then I made some decorative stitches on the other and attached two chain pieces to the other. Then I stitched them from the back to form a round bracelet. And here’s how they look finished:

I think this is something even men would like to wear, if it was brown or black and from a wider leather belt. Am I right? So, a great gift idea too..

Diy Bangle From Wooden Beads

This is another piece of jewelry I made. I used white wooden beads, experimented a bit, and this is the result:

I don’t know how durable it is since I used cotton thread, but at least it looks nice! :) Time will tell..

Vignette styling… This color palette is so feminine and soft: white, gold and a hint of pink. How luxurious!

Easy Colored Tip Makeover For Old Flats

Flats with painted tip makeover

I’ve had these flats for about three summers now and while they are still usable, the tips were starting to look a bit scratched. I’ve seen a lot of flats or heels with a painted tip, so I thought that coloring the tips of my flats would improve the look so that I could use them for one more summer. Instead of using spray paint I decided to use a black permanent marker. It was easy to just tape the tips and color them with the marker. I also changed the laces for black leather string for more contrast. Here’s the after:

They look almost like new! The result is cute and saves some money too… so I’m happy!
