Diy Heart Ornaments
Christmas is approaching really quickly so I think it’s time to think about Christmas decoration. Last year I started a new tradition for myself: every year before Christmas I would make a few ornaments myself. This way slowly we will have Christmas ornaments with a bit more meaning than just store bought ornaments.
I made these heart ornaments from recycled sweaters. I made a template and cut the shape from a sweater. Then I stitched them by hand, filled with batting and finished with a satin ribbon. Easy!
Ps. If you want to see what I made last year, here’s a link to my yarn wrapped Christmas ornaments.

Thrifted Sweater Pillows
I have seen so many different sweater pillow projects around the blog world so of course I had to make some myself. These are perfect for the cold winter and look so cozy and warm. I made my pillows from two white sweaters I found from the local thrift store for a few euros. One was off white and the other white. I don’t have any before pictures this time but here’s the after picture:
Just right for this season!
