Around The Apartment
Some pictures I took the other day from our apartment. The copper cake tin in the first picture is from a thrift store. I love the old patinated finish! The metal candleholders I painted are now in use. I also bought some flowers for our dining table, they are now blooming. I must say I liked them more like this, small and vivid green.

My Workspace – Updated
Here’s how my workspace has changed since the last time I showed you:
We bought two glossy white tabletops and metal legs from Ikea and made them look like one long table. The table is now 3 m wide and I love it! The space looks a lot more organized now and I have more work surface to use. And though the table is huge, it still looks light and airy because the white glossy surface reflects light. Perfect!

My Workspace
I thought I’d show my current workspace at home. I have a corner in our living room for my desk. It’s still a work in progress but I’m starting to like the way it looks now. The desk is something that I need to replace in the future. I need a bigger one so that I can fit my Helmer drawer under it and have more table top space for diy. The computer could look a bit better also… well at least it works well (most of the time)!
I really love having a flat file! It stores all of my drawings and papers and is always close when I need them. I like the wood color: it looks so good with black and white color palette. The cheap desk lamp from Ikea is fine but I wish I could find a cool looking old desk lamp to replace it. Maybe some day I will…
